Blank white screen visualizer

Hey everyone,

I updated to the s4 software from s3 and when I press play for visualizer the image of my housedoes not show. I just have a blank white screen. The lights come on and everything in the visualizer. I see the picture in the visualizer program before pressing play. Any ideas what I  doing wrong?

I'm at work so I don't have the program open in front of me, but IIRC, in the upper right hand corner is a slider that I think adjusts the opacity of the picture. Try moving that.

Thanks for the reply. I found out it was a windows driver issue for opengl. The driver needed to be updated.
