Different Pixels on Pixcon?

Can I only pick two different SPI data types on the Pixcon16 or can I control each output individually?

I thought they all had to be the same chip type.

Oh. That is slightly annoying but I have a Pixlite 4 then.

Is 6803IC the same as WS2801? I thought it was but now I am starting to think that I am wrong.

I know you can't mix different pixel types, but can I us ws2811 nodes and ws2811 ribbons if they are the same voltage?

I would assume that you can.  But you know what you get from assuming....

Not all Ws2811's are created alike.  Some controllers will allow the configuration of different pixel types on groups of channels.

Some 2811's work as 1804's.

If memory serves, no. CCRs are 6803, CCPs and CCBs are 5v 2801. two totally different pixel protocols.

CCRs are LDP6803

CCPs are different, and CCBs are the same as CCPs
