Brucey Posted December 15, 2015 Share Posted December 15, 2015 So the built-in MP3 director in my 1602g3 keeps freezing up during performances. My performance is that I have basically 15 minutes with all lights 'on' (accompanied by merged mp3's), then 6 different sequences, then another 15 minutes on again and that loop basically setup for a total of about 25 different sequences. What I'm noticing is that about 1/2 way though the performance, the clock on the built in director will freeze, the performances will end and the only way to resolve the problem, at least temporarily until the next time, is to remove the SD card, remove the Ethernet from the directory hooked up to another controller, then power cycle the whole unit. I've already upgraded the device to the latest firmware and have recreated in Simple Show Builder the show but before I open a ticket, does anyone have any suggestions of what I should try?
