CMB24D problems

I have 2 cmb24d controllers.  1 for my rgb floods and the other for dumb strips.  My issue(s) are

1. When I plug my floods into cat 5 cable, the HU finds that controller.  When I daisy chain my dumb strips to the flood

     controller and hit refresh in HU, it finds no controllers.

2. When I hook up my 5 1602w controllers to the flood controller, the HU finds 6 controllers. (1 flood, 5 1602w)

3. When I hook dumb controller to 5 1602 units and the flood unit, HU says no controllers found

4. When I hook the dumb controller by itself the HU says no controllers

 

I did the factory reset (power off, set all dip switches to off, dip switch 12 on, power up, light flashes fast, power down, reset dip switches to controller id) I get same result.

 

I also have 12 ccr tree I was wanting to run but I have to get kinks out of this first.  My red USB485 I bought last year is junk.  I intended on running two networks but when I hook the red adapter up my computer is possessed and the mouse Icon bounes all over the screen.  I have no control over it.  I have to unhook my adapter for it to stop.

I have a similar problem with my cmb24d where I can't get power to channels 13-24, 1-12 are fine. Any ideas?

Have you guys put in a trouble ticket.....more likely to get a fast response that way......I speak from experience!
