Opened a ticket with LOR as well, but thought I would post here. Current firmware version is 1.16. Trying to upgrade to 1.21. No other units connected to PC. HU finds the unit fine. When updating firmware, it never gets passed Starting Load with the activity listed as "Grabbing Unit". Have reset the controller too. The internal light flashes an odd pattern as well. If I cancel out of the update, power off, etc - HU still finds the unit. Not sure how old the controller is (at least 2 years, maybe more). Maybe it can't handle any newer firmware?
