Hw utility light issues

When I'm in the HW utility testing the lights I'm having a few issues and wonder if they are normal.

These are pc controllers.

1. When chasing the lights when I hit off the light I stopped on stays lit.

2. After twinkle channel 2 stays on solid and sometimes channel 9.

and this is on multiple controllers.

Now when I hit the big lights off bottom on bottom right, they do turn off.

I've had this on multiple controllers so I wonder if it's normal or not.

Problem #1 is normal, has happened with all my versions.

Problem #2 I have not had that happen, but I run 3.12.2, so this might be a bug in the later versions.

I would open a help ticket and find out if this is a bug or not.
