EmmienLightFan
Would changing the plug of a CTB16PC to a UK BS1363 13 Amp plug or a CEEFORM 16a plug void the warranty of the controller? Adapters are annoying so it would be good not to have to use them on the inputs.

Rayburn
I am not familiar with the plugs you are talking about. Do these plugs give you the ability to plug into an improper voltage source? I personally think it would be up to the nature of the warranty issue. If it was determined it could be due to your modifications, it would not be covered. As long as you are sure you know how to make the change, I would take the chance.
EmmienLightFan
The BS1363 plug is the type of plug we use in the UK. 240v 13 amp maximum. The 16amp CEEFORM is used a lot for lighting and is waterproof. It is also 240v, but can take 16 amps. I have changed plenty of plugs, and I don't think it will damage anything. dgrant
Check with LOR at the help desk and they'll tell you if the warranty would be altered.
