Songs not in time with sequence

I have been having problems for the past three days with sequences and controllers. I have replaced the errant controllers and got everything back up running again. Now, however, my sequences are not keeping time with the music. It seems that the show is about 10 seconds ahead of the song - every sequence.

I am using 1.6.15, on a Vista system.
