ebrown1972
I recently bought 2 ccp pixel controllers and strings giving me 600 rgb channels. I plan on purchasing more with the intentions on making a ccp tree with 25 pixels up and 25 down on each string. I will be making the 180 tree as the tree will be sitting close to my house. My question is how many strands should I do on a 180 tree? What looks best? The spacing will be close to 6 inches apart on each strand since I am using lor strands with 6 inch spacing. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.
Ron Boyd
12 to 16 seems to be the most popular designs for a 180° tree. A 25 up, 25 down, is a cool tree by all means, but if you plan on purchasing sequences, I believe you'll be hard pressed to find them in that configuration. Most sequences for purchase are 50 pixels per leg in a 180° configuration or 25 up and 25 down for a 360° tree. Just thought I'd mention that. If you plan on doing all the sequencing yourself, then you will be completely fine and my last remarks are moot points.
ebrown1972
Thanks Ron. I am hoping to do the sequences myself but will definitely keep that in mind.
