CMB24D problem when sequence uploaded to controllers

Hey everybody,

 

I've been using Light-O-Rama controllers for several years now so I'm pretty familiar with them.  I just bought 2 CMB24D boards and have them running 11 5 meter strips of RGB LED's.  I'm using the 3.12.0 Advanced software and have all the channels setup as RGB.  Here's my problem:

 

When running the sequence FROM MY COMPUTER, everything is fine!  I can control all the channels exactly as I need to so I'm happy.  When I UPLOAD the sequence using the Hardware utility (standalone), it seems to load just fine, but when I run the sequence, it isn't right.  It's "kind of right", but NOT RIGHT!  My sequence is very small.  It's only a little over 5K.  I've loaded it into controller #1 and tried it.  No joy.  Loaded into controller #2.  No joy.  I deleted it from both controllers and reloaded and get the same result.  When I go back to the sequencer and run it, it works fine.  Now I;'m stumped.

 

Any ideas?  Please help.
