Down loaded sequences from LOR

Can get .las files to to work. But no lms files. Sequence Editor I get an "sequence music error" when trying to create a new.lms file.

Using wav. and Mp3 extentions. Changed the sound card. Looks like LOR is not finding the music files. XP operating amd Sound Blaster card. They are in the LOR Audio files and shared documents.

Under edit Audio is selected to find the music files associated with the sequence.

Please help.

Thanks,

Brett

LAS is only animated, LMS is musical. I have found that in the past to open an LAS file, edit audio file and then save as LMS. If you have tried that then I'm out of ideas.

This is my procedure:

File: open, an LOR downloaded .lms file

Set the Channel Settings and Device to LOR

Edit: Audio select appropriate song, Right click to see if it'll play with multimedia

View: Sequence Info. . .see if the audio address matches

Play: Control Lights

Green Icon Play

No bar cursor going thru the matrix like on a Sample LOR las file or one I create

Equipment:

1602 box 1.6.3 v4.01 usb

Seems to me LOR software is not talking to Windows Media thnk 9 or 10

Appreciate the quick feedback so far

Thanks

Just to verify, you are saying that the audio file will play fine if you just play it with WMP?

Brian,

Thanks for the response.

Yes to the mp3 audio file playing with just the wmp. Had a thought last night that when you originally start the stand alone wmp it jumps straight to the web. you have to close it out to play music.

Could LOR be opening up wmp and it is opening a web page in-lieu of playing the audio file?

The only thing I can think of is verifying that you have WMP 9 or above. Other than that, maybe a note to Dan at support@lightorama.com
