EDc Posted September 18, 2014 Share Posted September 18, 2014 Has anyone had any success using DMX signal to trigger your LOR show? I understand shows on the computer and g3-mp3 director can be triggered by an external device, however is it possible to do it through a DMX controller? I have an event coming up which I'm using a dmx controller to control a bunch of other lights, but I'm also using LOR to control another aspect of lighting. What I would like to do is with a press of a button/slider on my DMX 512 controller, it will give signal to all my lights including the show written with Sequence Editor to activate. I guess my other option is to use the DMX controller to control its own lights, while using an external trigger or comp to trigger my LOR show, but it be nice if I can activate both at the same time with a single motion.
