Pixlite16 Issue

Ok I am having trouble getting all my pixels to work at the same time. I purchased a pixlite16 and 2 350w power supplies. I am using 12v ws2811 pixel strips mounted to pve to outline my house,  I completed installing the first section today and went to test them all at once. I have 221 pixels in the first section they are all wired to output one on the pixlite 16  I have also injected power along the way.I know that each output can handle 340 pixels so no problem there. I also tested each individual stip after mounting them to the pvc. I am using the xlights program to test the light. The first problem is I can not get all the lights to come on at once in xlights. if i click on universe 1 all thoes lights come on the same for universe 2 by itself but if i choose both universes they all go out. The second problem in i added 2 dmx universes in s3 to a sequence to test the lights that way and only universe one will light up. I am new to this and not sure what I could be doing wrong, I have a feeling I  may not have the pixlite channel config set up correctly either but not sure how to set up outputs that are not being used.

Thank you for any help in advance. This is my first year to dive into rgb

I have a Pixlite 16, and I hope this will help.

First hook up the Pixlite 16 to you network, load Advatek Light Assistant - V2.1.7

Seach - Should find Pixlite 16 controller. double click on selection. Under the Control tab, set the Start Universe (Under Ethernet Control) and number of pixels per string. (in you case 221 on the first channel.) Under the LEDs tab, select the type of Pixel IC (WS2811), and the RGB order (RGB - sometimes). OK and EXIT.

Now If you have more strings they will need to be set up just like the first string. But you will need to set the number of Pixels Per String and Start Channel to 2 or 3.

Go to xLights Menu (xMenu.exe)- Network Setup - Select the E1.31 tab to add a Universe. You will need at least 2 Universes for 221 pixels. (661channels) SAVE. Exit.

Open xLights (xLights.exe) You should see the 2 E131 multicast universes. (1-512 and 513-1024). Select the Test tab. Check the Output to Light box, Select All box, Select the RGB tab, click the Background Only button. Push the first Background Color slider to 255. That should be RED, all of the light should come on RED.

I hope this works for you.
