JBullard
I purchased 5 CTB16PC complete kits - factory wired boards.4 work great, one is a problem.Trouble shooting I've done.Removed fuses, check continuity - OKMeasured 120 VAC from NEU to left side of fuse - OKMeasured 120 VAC from NEU to right side of fuse - OKOn the 16 pin header, looked for 5 VDC between bottom left pin and 4th pin from top on left - NONEChecked for 25 VAC on left side of D1 and D2 - NONEVoltage jumpers are correct for 120 VAC.What else can I check or try?I just ordered another CTB16PC in case this one is dead and I really need these 16 channels this year. If get this one fixed, will have an additional 16 channels for next year, total 112 channels. Thanks for any suggestions.John

JBullard
Thanks. Those were my plans, was just wondering if I had overlooked anything that I could try in continuing to trouble shoot it today.
Tim Fischer
You could try checking the voltage out of the xformer, diode bridge and/or voltage regulator...-Tim
JBullard
Thanks Tim,The diode bridge did not have the 25 VAC present. That was my step 5 above.I already have sent the email to support, and packed the unit for return.
