Spud67 Posted December 8, 2013 Share Posted December 8, 2013 Hi everyone. I had a CCR that one green pixel quit working a little over half way on the ribbon. I replaced it with on from a kit I have not used so far and everything work fine. When I connected the faulty ribbon to the extra controller that same green pixel does not work. If I lighting bend or flex the ribbon in the area of the dead green pixel, it works on and off. I could not see an easy way of fixing this. I thought about taking the ribbon out and checking all the component connections. When I tried to take the ribbon out, one wire came off the end of the controller, now when I have it reconnected, the ribbon is all lit up with random colors at random pixels. It appears locked up and nothing I do turns it off or allows me to control it.I sent an email to LOR to find out where I can buy just the ribbon. I could not find anything on the web site to purchase just a replacement ribbon. Has anyone just purchased a ribbon before? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
