LightsByGreg
Everytime I try to open the waveform, the Sequence editor crashes. I am using an MP3 audio file. Version 1.6.1, WinXP Home, 80 channels, 2.4GHz Pentium 4, 256MB RAM, 80GB HD.Any ideas what I am doing wrong? Should I convert to WAV?Thanks,Greg
Bret LeFevre
I am using 1.6.1 and just loaded a 3 minute mp3 waveform. It says converting, loading, and there it is. Works fine for me. I'm using a 1.4GHZ computer with 512 Meg ram on a laptop.Maybe try reloading your Lor software.
Schuyler Gore
I ran into a very similar situation and I was told that my media player needed upgrading, never tried it just went back to 1.6 without waveform. What version of Media Player are you running?

daniel
Greg, did I read in another post that you are sequencing a 30 min long song?http://lightorama.mywowbb.com/forum71/15077.htmlIt might be possible that 30 min is too long to draw out the waveform.--Daniel L
LightsByGreg
ill try with a smaller sequence, thanks for the suggestion. Only thing is, it works fine on my laptop... (?) Maybe it has to do with the fact that my laptop is much more powerful.
