dleath Posted November 30, 2013 Share Posted November 30, 2013 Hopefully someone can help. I am running the latest version of LOR I added one new sequence to my show for this year. When the show runs, all sequences play fine until this new sequence comes up. As soon as the show goes to that new sequence the lights freeze up and an error message is displayed on the screen, which says: "The file you are attempting to play has an extension that does not match the file format. Playing the file may result in unexpected behavior." I can play the sequence in the sequence editor and it plays and turns on the lights as expected. Any suggestions? Don Posted December 1, 2013 Share Posted December 1, 2013 Run the LOR Verifier against the entire schedule, that show, and that sequence. (3 times.)
