do you leave your dmx fixtures on 24/7 ?

Wow, had too much fun tonight programming these DMX fixtures. Tell me, do you leave your DMX fixtures on 24/7 or do you have another timer or something to cut them on when its show time? I have two DMX foggers that I am going to be using but can't decide what to do about when the show is not running.
