cbraz70 Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 I plug in 12 ccr's but 3 of them wont shut off i cant figure out whats wrong.
Frank Farmer Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 Plug each of those three in with the blue botton pushed on the controller. It should run a a test sequence as long as you hold the button down.Try this first on one of the ribbons that work, so you know what to expect.Does the test sequence run?
cbraz70 Posted November 11, 2013 Author Posted November 11, 2013 I tried holding blue button in it does nothing. I updated firmware to 1.17 do think it has something to do with updated firmware cause last year it worked fine with1.07 firmware
Frank Farmer Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 Can you still see those controllers in the hardware manager?
cbraz70 Posted November 11, 2013 Author Posted November 11, 2013 yes on the hardware manger I see all controllers
Frank Farmer Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 Try downloading the firmware in them again. Make sure it's the only controller on the network when you do it.
cbraz70 Posted November 11, 2013 Author Posted November 11, 2013 im an idiot it was network settings wrong comm stressing out already. grrrr tks for the help anyway
cbraz70 Posted November 11, 2013 Author Posted November 11, 2013 I thaught i fixed it but 2 ribbons still stay on, If i put pressure on certain spots on the ribbon it will work. Is there a way to fixed it?
Frank Farmer Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 You probably have a chip or something that has come loose. If they are still under warranty, I would open a ticket right away. I belive the CCR's have a two year warranty, but I would double check on that.
