Ccr wont shut off

I plug in 12 ccr's but 3 of them wont shut off i cant figure out whats wrong.

Plug each of those three in with the blue botton pushed on the controller. It should run a a test sequence as long as you hold the button down.

Try this first on one of the ribbons that work, so you know what to expect.

Does the test sequence run?

I tried holding blue button in it does nothing. I updated firmware to 1.17 do think it has something to do with updated firmware cause last year it worked fine with1.07 firmware

Can you still see those controllers in the hardware manager?

yes on the hardware manger I see all controllers

Try downloading the firmware in them again. Make sure it's the only controller on the network when you do it.

im an idiot it was network settings wrong comm stressing out already. grrrr   tks for the help anyway

I thaught i fixed it but 2 ribbons still stay on, If i put pressure on certain spots on the ribbon it will work. Is there a way to fixed it?

You probably have a chip or something that has come loose.  If they are still under warranty, I would open a ticket right away. I belive the CCR's have a two year warranty, but I would double check on that.
