callycoon
Anyone know what firmware version is needed to make the ctbpc16 controllers work on the 500k network setting. I just tested my Halloween show and my ccp's are running fine, but I am not getting any lights working on my PC controllers when using this setting. I would like to utilize the 500k setting because they make my show look so much better. Any help would be appreciated.
Don
Do you have older controllers, or newer G3 controllers? You'll have a green status light on the controller if it's the newer G3 controllers. If you have the newer G3 controller, look for "CTB16PG3 1.05" or higher firmware.
callycoon
Don,Just checked. 16PC-G3Ver1.04 and 16PC-G3Ver1.02... So just to clarify, I simply need to update the firmware? Edited October 7, 2013 by callycoon
Don
Yes. Update the firmware. Without looking, I think there is a more recent version already loaded on your computer - it would have come with the 3.10.x version you show to be running.
