How to Keep lights on between shows?

What is the best way to keep the light on between shows?
For Halloween, I have 2 musical sequences.
I want my show to play the 2 musical sequences (just under 9 min. total,) then keep the lights on until the next show (every half hour).
I tried the simple show builder, but it only plays my two sequences over and over (never leaves the lights on.

When you created the show with Simple Show Builder did you indicate that you wanted the show to run every halfhour and to have the lights on betweens shows?

Yes.
When I look at the Show, it shows my two sequences, and then a third sequence called LORSimpleShowBuilderAllOn
I noticed that that file is 0kb, and it won't open in the sequence editor (It gives an error.)

Create a third sequence, an animation sequence, 21 minutes long and have all the lights on and add it to the show.
