Delete Multiple RGB Channels

Is there anyway to delete multiple RGB channels?  The only option I can see is to delete them individually, a daunting task to delete 1000+ RGB channels.

Group them;

Right click on channel name, select "Convert to Group" select the last channel on the second dropdown menu and then select "Create Group". Now just delete the group

The group feature is great for things like that or to copy a bunch of channels to another track.
