Tim Storey Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 My computer crashed. I had version 2.9 installed. I want to upgrade to LOR S3 on my new computer. How do I go about doing that?
Don Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 First retrieve your license key at: http://www1.lightorama.com/software-license-retrieval/ and see what version you are licensed for. If your licensed for 3.8, and you want to go to 3.10.6, then you will need to RENEW your license. If you want to add the Superstar Sequence Editor to your account, then purchase the SSE software at the link below. Purchasing the software will count as a renewal, and you would NOT have to pay the 'renewal' fee. Other links... Tim Storey Posted August 21, 2013 Author Posted August 21, 2013 2.9 was the max I was licensed for. When I go to license renewal, will it take me to a download link or do I need to download the latest demo version and then unlock it with the key I get when I renew my license?
Don Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 Typing on phone, pardon shortness. Go renew your license. Then download and install software. The demo version is what you would download. (it's all the same software. )you won't get a new key. The one you have now will then unlock the software. Be sure you use the same email address you used when buying the software.
stanward Posted August 29, 2013 Posted August 29, 2013 This thread just helped me. My current license is only good up to 3.8. I want to use 3.10.6. Thanks, Stan
