setting up DMX channels

Hi I just  got  confused.... I set up my  channels  and   created 3 universes. Univ 1 has  150  smart pixels .   I set  channel 1 to   a Tinypix controller and  used 450 actual channels. I have another TInypix  for  Univ. 2 do  I  have  to  set  that  controller to   Channel 1 also and  do  I  have  to    set the  channels  in S3 as  Univ.1 Channels 1-450 and  Univ.2 channels 1-450 Etc. ?  originally  set the  channel numbers n S3 as  univ. 1. 1-450 and   then  Univ 2 channel 451-900  but  when   tried to  program the  Controller  it   wont  let me   go  hgher than  the 512 channel  number limit

Yep only 512 channels per universe.
