timing

hello my name is pete ,im running 3.9. when i run 1 of my sequence in SE. It play good thou out the seq. When i go too [play range] I hit the from sectional the timming is off . I have mp3 128 .i tryed wav file too notting is happening   any help please

In almost every case this is a matter of the media file you are using not being a Constant Bit Rate MP3 file (or WAV file.)

See this PDF from LOR. It will show you how to use Audacity to make a Constant Bit Rate MP3 out of the file. Even if you've already run it through Audacity, try doing so a second time. I don't know why, but sometimes that has helped.

I noticed this also with a number of mp3s, have ran them through audacity twice and on occasion the timing will be off slightly when playing visible screen while trying to sequence, especially noticeable when going half speed. I move the slider back and forth a little then try it again and it is then right on. I also cannot convert to wave, I have an mp3 director. They are at 128.
