Upgrade from 3.8 to 3.9

What is the cost to upgrade from 3.8 to 3.9 with 2 ccr's ? And can you downgrade ? I installed 3.9, and now need a new key, and it won't allow me to reinstall 3.8

did you do a complete uninstall of the 3.9?

If you have run out of seats (registered on too many computers), then please open a trouble ticket with your license number, and we'll see what we can do.

If you are only authorized up to 3.8, and want to go to 3.9, then the $30 renewal is what you need.
