showtime mp3 controller won't loop & other bugs

Every night this year there seems to be a new problem with my showtime mp3 player. I have reloaded the SD card at least 10 times (purchased new from LOR) this year, and hit the button for the songs to play continuously. However, they always stop at the end of the last song and I have to go outside and push the card in and out again.

I'm not sure what version of firmware I'm using, as my 485 decided to not work today. I know everything was working fine last year. Only changes are 3.8 and new SD card. However, even using my old card doesn't work. The show also will start up at random times - like 3 in the morning unless I pull the card.

Any suggestions?
