CTB-16D Channels 9-12 not working.

Long time lurker, first time poster.

So this year I decided to join my wifes fetish of christmas decorating and step it up a notch with some animation. So I picked up one of the DIY kits for the CTB-16D 16 channel controller cards. Every was going well with testing until I got to channel 9,10,11,12. None of them want to light up. Is there some common component on the card that could be failed or soldered wrong that could be taking these four channels down? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Check R1 and R18. I had a similar situation and had the two parts swapped with each other. They look identical and have a very similar marking number. GOOD LUCK!
