Importing Channels Breaks Groupings

I've been out of it for last 2 seasons and working with S3 and adding CCR's and other DMX to existing sequences.

As I used to do, I've created a sequence with some new channels as several groups of DMX channels. I export the channel layout.

Then I add required number of new channels at the top of existing sequence, then Import the channel layout of added groups.

They add correctly, but all of the groups in the existing sequence are de-grouped.

I thought I did this to add some a month back and it worked fine....
