magish01 Posted October 10, 2012 Share Posted October 10, 2012 After reading about TJ's DC controller suicide, and a couple of other posts on here, I am a little concerned about using the DC controller. -klb- Posted October 10, 2012 Share Posted October 10, 2012 My recollection is that TJ's was damaged by an AC controller that flamed out, and likely put higher than designed voltage on the cat5 cable.I think most of the issues with DC cards usually boil down to wiring errors.
