LOR Staff Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 In general, when a triac fails, it does so in an ON state. It may not be full bright, but it will be ON (there will be voltage present).In any event, if it's an LOR controller, open a trouble ticket with your symptoms. If it's under warranty it will be repaired, otherwise they'll let you know your options.
