Guest guest Posted May 31, 2007 Share Posted May 31, 2007 You can definately cover them with zip locks bags. I did that this past year and it kept them nice and dry. They don't build up enough heat even here in Florida to melt the bags so that shouldn't be an issue for you.FYI, I didn't find the inability to dim them to be that great of a hinderence. Check out some of the videos on our web site and see if it's very noticable to you. The front of the house was washed in LED floods. I wasn't however using 48 of them. I only used 6 blues and 6 greens so it wasn't a dominant piece of my display. I plan to add 6 reds to the mix this year. I can see where Richard would have a great need to be able to dim them since he used so many of them.Richard, if you plan on parting with any of the ones that you have, let me know.
