M. Brooker
May be a dumb question, but here goes...........I have S2 Basic, want to try S3, do I just download S3 and install it? Does it overwrite my current S2 software? Thanks for the help.
Don
You can download and try out S3 with no problems.Keep in mind a few things.1) It will run in Demo mode if you are not have a license for it. Check your license here: http://lightorama.com/licenseCheck.html2) If your license is not valid for S3 and you want to use S3 with the Basic license you would use the License Renewal link. http://store.lightorama.com/solire.html3) If decide to move to Basic Plus or Advanced then you would use the S3 Software Suite Upgrade link. http://store.lightorama.com/s2soup.htmlIn short, take the cheapest route and go with it. That's what you want to do

Don
You're good to go then.Note that you will want to run 3.0.4. This was a bug fix version that affected 3.1.2, Since many licenses were at the 3.1 cutoff point, they released 3.0.4 so that everyone would benefit from the bug fix. If it says it's good for version 3.1, then it means that it's good for 3.1.anything (for example, it's good for 3.1.0, 3.1.2, 3.1.4, and 3.1.999). So the original poster should probably go with 3.1.4, not 3.0.4, unless they have some specific reason not to use 3.1.4.
