papap Posted December 8, 2011 Share Posted December 8, 2011 Ok I got new controllers in last night. So now i have the problem controller in the house. I have some 100 strand LEDs hooked to it. On the 2 bad channels. Only half the strand's lights stay on when they should be off. Then when you send cammand for them to come on. Only the other half works the way the cammand tells it to. The other half just stays on steady.I then plugged a 40 watt light bulb into the end of strand on the bad channel. It lights up dim but reacts to controller commands. Now if I turn the lights strand plug around to switch the ground and pos. The opposite half of light strand lights up. Any idea?????? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
papap Posted December 8, 2011 Author Share Posted December 8, 2011 Also just notice if I uplug the cord that supplies power to board and channels 9 to 16. With power to the other side of the board.
