You will have to download the installer and run it. Make sure to stop all of your running programs before running the installer, especially LOR programs. Including not just stuff like the Sequence Editor, but also the LOR Control Panel itself, which you can stop by right-clicking on it and selecting "Unload Light-O-Rama" from the popup menu that will open.
