sinky23 Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 my "1st" unit is not reading on the hardware test..and the lights for this unit are not working.....however it's pluged in, light is steady, and is chain linked to other units which are showing and lights work. I've changed the enternet ports, still doesn't show, yet other units still work...so I don't think it's a cable problem...can't figure this one out....any help would be apreciatedthanks...
cmoore60 Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 Have you connected ONLY the "suspect" controller to the computer and did a search? What does the controller show up as? If it does not show up, select and set the unit ID for this unit. Is it a duplicate address of something on the net work?'Chuck
