One controller puts out random Data.I have tried resetting, updating firmware, using a different power supply and also connecting directly to laptop with nothing else on network. Problem is not in the ribbon- problem moves with controller. This second video is with the left pair and right pair playing an identical sequence. The CCR star up top it playing the same thing also.Should start out all blue, then turn red from left to right. This is done pixel by pixel then macros to fade between red and blue after that.
