bob Posted November 17, 2011 Share Posted November 17, 2011 The post install process should have copied your sequences to the new data directory that you specified; I don't know why that didn't happen. However:Have you checked your "Recent Sequences" menu? Assuming there's one on the recent list, it should tell you the directory that they're located in. When I upgraded by installing S3, it just upgraded and kept all my settings I had set up from the very first installation I did back in 2010 of the software I started with.Did you make changes when you upgraded by changing directories during the upgrade install?That's the only way I can figure you would not be going to the directory you may have set up initially prior to installing S3.
