Guest guest
I think he means just right click and close everything you can in the tray. Obviously, you can't close everything in the system tray.Did you ever try reinstalling as I suggested a few posts above?

Guest guest
I have 6.1 installed!I restarted my computer, right click on everything in the task bar at the buttom of the screen. I clicked exit on most items or something similar. I restated the computer. Tried to install 6.1.Same message. I noticed that some items were on the bottom again. I restart the computer by clicking OK to everything from the LOR messages. After the computer resarted I tried to install, no go.I went back to the bottom and exited everything again without restarting the computer. I then installed 6.1!I tried everything and it worked great.Mark and Mike thank you!Michael B
