When I save a sequence (and it could be a mid-sized to large one), LOR does great with displaying the progress bar, but at the near end of the progress bar save, it stops abruptly (I assume to compress the sequence) and in the LOR program title bar, it displays "not-responding".However, after another second or so, LOR does respond, but it gets thrown to the background, so I have to click on it twice on the Windows taskbar for it to display again.I can provide whatever you need to duplicate the issue.
