multiple networks to support 18 ccrs

I have just hooked up 18 CCRs and they do not work as anticipated. Some lag, some don't come on, wrong colours and some come on when they should not. From reading some other posts I think I need to split them across multiple networks. I have assigned these in the Channel Property Grid to AUX A and AUX B and plugged the seperate LOR USB Converters into a powered USB Hub. Is there something else to be done as only the first 5 which were assigned to the original network now work?

Any help would be fantastic as I can't find anything which helps in the help screen
