Gerald Corey
Checking out the CCR controllers and when we first used the Hardware Manager, it found all of them. The first 6 are on Comm port 5; the last 6 are on Comm port 6. Went to update firmware on all of them from Ver.1.06 to 1.07. The six on Com port 5 were successful. Switched to Com port 6 and refreshed, then tried to update the firmware and it failed on the first controller 1C and was attempting to do the same thing to 1D.The message was: Invalid Dateblock Poll ResponseThen when we refreshed the hardware utility, it Saw the controller but said: Boot Loader RB150What the heck is going on.Also tried a test pattern on the next controller: the pattern ran, but would not shut off until we completely shut off the Hardware manager.?????? The Pest
If I remember correctly when updating any LOR hardware Firmware. It is suggested to update one unit at a time.

-klb-
I would suggest trying just one ribbon at a time connected, and a different cable. It sounds like there was a communication error during the update.
