Copy and Paste Grayed out

I'm playing with the demo and wanted to copy a few cells but copy and paste are always grayed out. There there on other sequences I down loaded but not on the test sequence I created.

Trying to get this right before spending $s.

Oh, I do have a timing grid viewable.

Is it possible that you used a feature that's "demo only" on that sequence? For example, the Beat Wizard?

If you used a demo only feature, it would have told you something like:

"Your license does not support this feature

You may still use it, but only to see how it works; you will not be able to save the sequence after using this feature, nor will you be able to copy from it."

It would have then given you an opportunity to back out before actually using the feature, and (if you decide not to back out) an opportunity to save it immediately before using the feature.

That was it. I was playing with the Bead Wizard to see what it did. Once I exited and reentered cut and paste came back.
