Mark Showalter
October 29th and 30 the lights go on. November 5th and 6th I'll construct 20' Weber tree, 10 ft tree, put up snowflakes and strobes. The next two weekends are home football games for the Cougs. Thanksgiving week towers, arches, trees and extension cords go out. With any luck the lights will all come on Friday, November 25th.:]

khawes
I also do Halloween, and any locations such as eves, windows, posts, pillars etc, get both the Halloween 7 Christmas lights on them. then after Halloween I have almost a month to swap the unique items out. Sure there will be dripping icicles installed on the eves for Halloween, but they will not light. up until December.

For instance, I put my spiral CCR on the garage to see if I liked it there. I do, and see no reason to remove it since I'm only going to put it back up there anyhow. Does that count? How about replacing lights on the garage that I don't bother removing in the spring? Does that count? But I really get serious the beginning of October. vipzach
My display is minimal compared to most on here. I usually set everything up Thanksgiving weekend.
