CLD Kevin
I already started seq my CCR’s and just realized that I should put the 2 controllers next to each other instead of end-to-end so I don’t need to run 2 powers and 2 cat5 runs….doh! Is there a way to reverse the controller…not the sequence? I want to leave the sequence as is…just reverse the order it’s played. I thought I seen or read it someone….maybe it was LSP that does it? I cant find it in S2 or is it a hardware setup I need to do? Its probably staring right at me and I cant see it. Kevin
jimswinder
I thought that was going to be in S3...might be wrong though...Would ItsMeBobO "flip" program work for what you are wanting to do?http://itsmebob.com/SD.html
PaulXmas
I am way behind my sequencing so have no done any with the CCRs.I was orginally using LEDs for my arches and did a couple of sequences where I wanted the arch to do the exact opposite. So I created a second track and reversed the channels on all the arches. Then I can just paste the effect on the second track.I plan (if I ever get real life put on the back burner) to do the same with the CCRs, every second one will be reversed. Pain the but the first time but a time saver after that!

Jim Saul
just to re-open the issue since I did the very same thing I wanted to see if there was any options other than FLIP.PS - itsMeBob- Flip is awesome and this is in no way reflecting on that at all. Caleb Linburg
Has there been any thought of incorporating FLIP into the sequence editor itself?

rwertz
So if the Flip program reverses the effects, then the sequence would look pretty strange in the editor if the reversed CCR was part of a larger string of CCRs. It would also make it difficult to do anything but flip all the data once the sequence is considered done.I reversed one of my CCRs to consolidate power / comm. runs also. I wasn't aware of the ability to configure the CCR to handle that. So I reversed the "Circuit" assignments for all the channels in the channel config. I still think I like doing it that way because it avoids confusion if I have to swap out a controller.
bwhitehead
Ok so you can reverse controllers but is there an easy way to set up th SE to match the way you configured the controllers. I think maybe that's why Brian suggested use of the flip tool. I have used Brian's sequences in the visualizer and plays up side down.

I tried every option on the screen but none of them made it so I could select the reverse check box. I even downloaded the 1.07 firmware and updated to that, but it did not help. Any ideas? Any ideas? The reverse option is a planned CCB feature. And also discussed as possibly working for CCRs with upgraded firmware. I am betting this box will remain gray unless the selected controller and firmware supports it. Right now none do support it.http://forums.lightorama.com/view_topic.php?id=26261&forum_id=89&jump_to=241791#p241791http://forums.lightorama.com/view_topic.php?id=26841&forum_id=89&jump_to=251242#p251242

DLTSLC
As grueling as it was, I actually read the 540-whatever page manual from LoR for S3. They made a lot of fixes, and as the admin said, EE's hate, HATE writing tech manuals, so when they actually write them, they're usually pretty good. The CCRs are MUCH easier to program in S3 than previously. I can't wait to see what happens after the CCB's merge and the upgraded firmware support. By the way Jim, I love your profile pic Lulz
