Three Controllers are properly set, but the program says there are only two there.

Everything is connected, but I notice when I run a hardware test on one controller, it shows the #3 plug (for instance) for both the controller that shows up and the one that seems hidden.

It basically shows 2 plugs, but claims it's for one box. Is it due to the firmware differences? Thanks in advance for any help or tips.

Plug in each controller individually and check the ID number, you might have a duplicate ID number.

Firmware version differences shouldn't cause that. Last year I had at least one box that had a older version of firmware but it was still seen on the network and ran the whole season. I didn't update it until this season.

I agree with Dennis, Try each box one at a time and verify ID numbers.
