one CCR stuck on at halfway point

After/during my first show, one of my 5 CCR's "stuck on" at the halfway point of the ribbon 

(opposite end from controller). So it's like it's stuck on 100% R, G & B. I've tried everything I can think of:

Unplugged power, Reset, Reset & held, Unplugged ribbon, Updated firmware, Verified it's on Normal mode in the Config, and set to 50 pixels (sent 

those commands again just to make sure), gone into Hardware utility and sent it commands via Console...

Nothing makes it respond to those pixels (26-50) (outside obviously of 

unplugging power of strip from controller).
