I am having trouble hooking the RF units up, it won't get the config from the unit.

Can anyone help

Donny, what are you trying to do? RF's? You dont mean Rainbow Floods do you?

If you are referring to the rf ELLs, they have to be the only thing connected to the PC for the initial programming.

Exactly correct information. I use three of them every year.

As mentioned only one should be connected to the PC at a time. Also make sure the ELL is connected and powered on before you start the Hardware Utility Program.


Also, in general no configuration is required with the ELLs however in some extraordinary cases the configuration does need to be changed.
