I'm just getting started as well - moved up from a Mr. Christmas (though even with that, I've been the biggest display in my neghborhood for years). I'm going to try out the auto-sequencer to start, but might build off that to customize. Happy to share if I come up with anything cool. I'll probably also be blogging about this over at GeekDad.com.
