Channel timing keeps changing

Started sequencing my first song today.Wizards in winter.The problem i keep having is the timing keeps changing.I have to keep skewing the timing but it keeps changing.Lock timings does not seem to stop it.I used audacity and converted the song to mp3.Any ideas?

Use audacity to convert to .wav format and then change your sequence to use it instead. MP3s sometimes use varying bit rates, and cause problems with LOR.
